Why walk
an expo hall?

Because for big-ticket home spending in Malaysia, four days of direct competition under one roof still beats any showroom — if you arrive prepared.

20–50% off retail

Sofas, mattresses, air conditioners and kitchen cabinets at expo pricing genuinely below showroom rates — our guides show which categories are real and which are theatre.

Every quote in one hall

Twenty renovation contractors in an afternoon, competing in person. Collect itemised quotes, then decide at home — never at the booth.

The whole country, covered

From KLCC and MITEC to Setia SPICE, MITC and Persada Johor — venue guides with the parking and transport detail that decides your day.

When is the next home expo in Malaysia?

The next confirmed major exhibition is ARCHIDEX 2026, 29 July – 1 August 2026 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur (largely a trade event). The 2026 HOMEDEC editions have concluded; later consumer-fair legs are to be confirmed — see the calendar for live status.

Are home expos in Malaysia free to enter?

Yes — consumer fairs like HOMEDEC, Modern Living, Big Home Expo and Perfect Livin are free entry. Trade fairs (MIFF, EFE) require trade registration and aren’t open to the public.

Is furniture really cheaper at a home expo?

Generally yes: 20–40% below showroom for equivalent items, with mattresses reaching 50%. Compare exact model numbers — headline “70% off” banners usually cover a few clearance pieces.

What can I buy at a Malaysian home expo?

Furniture, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, renovation packages, air conditioning, appliances, flooring and curtains — from competing vendors at negotiable expo pricing.
